Green Shamrock Collage

This is a very easy activity for young children. Have them collect green items and cut or tear green pictures from magazines. Print out a shamrock from the internet. We printed a lucky four-leaf clover on white card stock paper. Glue items- keeping inside of the outline.

Older children may enjoy learning about Ireland. Find Ireland on a globe if you have one and show them it is an island. It is nicknamed "The Emerald Isle" because it is a lush, green island.
Print a map of Ireland from the internet on card stock and glue a scene within the shape of the island.
