Hand Print Ladybugs

This great activity was shared with us by our local Office of Ed. Preschool Program. This activity can be differentiated for age and ability, having children with scissor skills complete the cutting and gluing.

Cut red paper into a circle using a template about the size of a lunch paper plate ~7-8 inches in diameter. From black paper cut a rounded shaped ~3-4 inches wide. Offer children a small amount of black paint and have them press their hand prints into the paint and then onto the red circle.

Glue the head under the body and then glue on two googly eyes. Share your beautiful keepsake with someone you love.
