Dinosaur Feet

Alpine First 5 used this activity for today's play group session, creating a great dramatic play prop to encourage gross motor skills.

Using this template, an adult or older child will trace and cut out the feet and toe nails. The size of the template will fit a child about 1 year old. For older children, enlarge the template on the printer or copy machine.
Younger children can practice cutting the smaller toe nail pieces and gluing on the toes.

The children enjoyed stomping around while listening to "Dinosaur Stomp".

Creating dinosaur feet out of felt would be a great addition to any child's dress up box and will last much longer for kids that tend to rip and tear at paper.
