Easter Egg Paintings & Picking Up Pom Poms

This week we had fun with Easter eggs!
We cut egg shapes out of  11" x 15" water color paper and provided water color palettes.
This was a great process art activity. Notice the great circular strokes.....
Additionally, we provided the children with empty plastic eggs, various pom poms, starter chop sticks and baskets.
To make starter chopsticks, place a small roll of paper between the sticks. Secure with a rubber band, ensuring most of the rubber band is above the paper to give it the correct amount of tension.
This activity is fantastic for developing fine motor skills and sorting.
Have a fantastic Easter and Happy Spring!
