This activity is a traditional wax resist project that is particularly fun for younger children who can paint but are not yet at the representational drawing stage.
Older children will enjoy drawing a spooky scene for a friend to uncover.
You will need:
a white crayon
paper - we used watercolor paper
dark watercolors - we used gray, black, blue & violet
water and paintbrushes
How to make:
Draw a spooky Halloween scene in white crayon on the paper. Have another person paint with watercolors to reveal the hidden scene within.
